  1. OBLA reserves the right to change some event contents due to special circumstances.
  2. This event will only be confirmed if a total of 5 people have successfully registered. Once the event is completed, the applicants will be notified electronically.
  3. Applicants must complete the payment of event fees to be considered successful. If payment of fees is delayed, the organizer has the right to release the quota according to the situation and make up for it later.
  4. The maximum number of registrations for this event is 30. Once the quota is reached, additional registrations cannot be made.
  5. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to insufficient registrants, natural disasters, political factors and other man-made and non-human influences. If the event is canceled by the organizer, the full fee (excluding bank fees) will be refunded, and event registrants are not allowed to raise objections and Compensation for damages.
  6. This activity is only for business exchange arrangements, corporate visits and market inspection planning. It does not include: air tickets, passports, visas, freight, food and accommodation, sightseeing guides, translation, shopping, insurance, tips and any tickets and admission tickets.   10. This event is held overseas, so event registrants need to travel through various airlines and other transportation companies.   11. MPSV activities are not tour group products provided by travel agencies. The core paid services are planning, integration and business communication. Therefore, flight tickets, hotel meals and accommodation must be handled by the event registrants themselves.
  12. The organizer will announce the first "first gathering time" at overseas airports. Applicants need to purchase and select matching flight tickets by themselves, and estimate the time for exiting customs and collecting checked baggage. They must meet at the airport on time or earlier than the "first gathering time". Meet the organizers.
  13. The organizer will announce the "daily fixed gathering location and time". During the event, applicants must meet at the designated location and time for the first daily gathering during the event. In order to save transportation time, it is recommended to choose accommodation nearby the designated location.
